SERVICING

At Dead Slow Cycles we don’t discriminate - against humans, deffo not, but more specifically bikes. If you’ve got one we’ll service it. Human powered? Sound! Lecky powered? Is right. Tricycle? The more wheels the merrier. The only exception we do have is over-powered, converted e-bikes with throttles. If you have one, don’t bother. We’re not insured to work on them, so don’t ask. Soz.

So, whether you’ve got a little foldy thing, a big cargo thing, an old rusty thing, a shiny fast thing or a UK road legal, lecky thing - bring it in. We work on a fair, first-come-first-served basis and we never take bookings. We have the tools and capabilities to carry out all types of jobs from small fixes to stripping and rebuilding bikes.

For full services, we generally work on a one to two day turn-around, depending on the season, and for smaller on-the-spot jobs (think puncture repair, accessory fitting, brake pad or cable replacement, etc.) we can do that while you browse the shop, have a coffee in MED Coffee & Movement, a pint in either the Merton Apprentice or the The William Morris or take a walk along the Wandle.
